CALL TO SCHEDULE: 512.701.5257 / WE DO NOT TAKE WALK-INS!!!
All visits are BY APPOINTMENT or ask us about our monthly OPEN HOUSE (usually the 2nd Sunday of the month – but please let us know you are coming). Because we own/operate the Bella Green B&B on the same property, we do not do walk-in showings. We do our very best to honor the peace and quiet for our overnight guests.
ADDRESS: 2508 Timbercreek Road, Pipe Creek, TX
Coming from Austin:
We recommend picking up US 281 from Hwy. 290 west. There’s a scenic little road (FM 165) and if you know it, you can pick this up around Henly and it lets you out again onto 281 at Blanco. Continue south on 281 and turn right (west) onto Hwy. 46. Continue on 46 through Boerne where there’s an HEB if you need any last minute supplies. Cross over Interstate 10 and after a beautiful drive, you will come to a stop light at Highway 16. Turn left toward San Antonio (even though the sign says Pipe Creek to your right) Timbercreek Road is your next right – about 2.5 miles on the right. It curves into Bailey Circle and then changes its back into Timbercreek (at least this is what most GPS systems say). We are approximately 2.5 miles up the hill on the right-hand side, just past Valley View Road, behind a silver corrugated fence.
Coming from Houston:
There are several ways to get here, but we generally go I-10 to Loop 1604 NW, to Hwy. 16 N to our road, Timbercreek. If you want to stop to dine first (our favorite city to eat in is Boerne) in which case you’d take I-10 West to Loop 1604 NW, to I-10N again…and exit Hwy. 46 and steer to the right. (if you MISS loop 1604…no worries! You can stay on I-10 the whole way and reach Hwy 46 this way too — we like to take Loop 1604 to bypass downtown traffic, but not necessary). To find us from Boerne, you’d take Hwy. 46 west until it nearly you reach the light at Hwy. 16 (this stretch of 46 between Boerne and Pipe Creek is a beautiful drive) and you would turn LEFT at Hwy. 46 (even though the signs say Pipe Creek to your right). Timbercreek Road is about 2.5 miles down. You will take a sharp right onto it (right after the Timber Ridge Winery sign). We are approximately 2.5 miles up the hill on the right-hand side, just past Valley View Road, behind a silver corrugated fence. Timbercreek curves into Bailey Circle and then back into Timbercreek (at least this is what most GPS systems say).
Coming from San Antonio:
Choose your favorite way to get to Helotes (we recommend I-10 to 1604 to Bandera Highway/Hwy 16) and drive out Hwy 16 (Bandera Highway) west toward Bandera. After crossing into Bandera County , start looking for a sign that says Timber Ridge Winery, and right after that, a sign for Timbercreek Road. You will be turning soon. Take the sharp, hard left onto Timber Creek road. We are approximately 2.5 miles up the hill on the right-hand side, just past Valley View Road, behind a silver corrugated fence. NOTE: If you see a big cross on the right instead, or hit the Hwy. 46 light, then turn back. You’ve gone too far and missed the turn. Timbercreek curves into Bailey Circle and then back into Timbercreek (at least this is what most GPS systems say).
